The Northeast Pack League is proud of the recent success that the organizations have had in the Tier 1 USA Hockey National Championship Tournament. The Northeast Pack League has had a National Champion each year since 2019. Below are the teams that have won National Championships since 2019 and play in the elite Northeast Pack Hockey League.
