Little Caesars AAA Hockey Club Expands Northeast Pack Hockey League Commitment ~ 2027-2028 Season

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Little Caesars Expands Northeast Pack Hockey League Commitment to 14U, U15 DL and U17 DL

The Northeast Pack Hockey League is excited to announce that Little Caesars AAA Hockey Club will expand its participation in the league to include the 14U, U15 DL and U17 DL age levels beginning in the 2027-2028 season, further strengthening the league's commitment to elite competition, player development and advancement.

Little Caesars, one of the most respected and successful youth hockey programs in the country, is already competing in the Northeast Pack Hockey League during the 2026-2027 season at the 13O (2013) and 18U divisions. The expanded commitment represents a natural fit between the league and Little Caesars focused on providing players with high-level competition and opportunities to develop and advance to the next level.

The timing of this also comes on the heels of USA Hockey's recent Development League announcement made on Monday, which invited all nine Northeast Pack member organizations to participate beginning with the 2027-2028 season.

"Mid Fairfield is excited to have Little Caesars join the NE Pack as a full participant. They are widely regarded as one of the top youth hockey organizations and we always look forward to competing against them," said Gary Zegras, Vice President of Mid Fairfield Hockey Club.

"This is another great day for the Northeast Pack Hockey League," said Northeast Pack Hockey League Commissioner Mark Mobus. "With the recent announcement from USA Hockey regarding the Development League, in my opinion this is a no-brainer for Little Caesars and the Northeast Pack. Everything lines up to assist with scheduling requirements while providing highly competitive games with our current teams and exposure for all of our players."

Mobus added, "Our league is built around bringing top-level organizations and creating an environment where players can compete against the best, develop their game, gain exposure, continue their advancement toward the next level and Little Caesars is the perfect fit for our league. Bobby Shea who coaches the 18U LC team has been awesome to work with since his team joined the league. I look forward working with Brian Rolston and the rest of his staff."
