About The League

The Northeast Pack Hockey League is made up of nine youth hockey organizations from the Northeast and the Midwest for the 2026-2027 season. The league was founded at the beginning of the 2019-2020 season. All of our elite organizations share a vision for player-focused development and are consistently some of the top youth hockey organizations in the country. All of the organizations in the Northeast Pack Hockey League have had success in player advancement. Players have advanced to the USHL, OHL, Tier 1 Junior Hockey, NCAA and professional hockey. The Northeast Pack Hockey League is very proud of the NHL Draft Picks from our member organizations as well as the National Championships that have been won. Our league (14U-18U) consists of 6 events throughout the hockey season and concludes with the league playoffs in February that is held at the Utica University Nexus Center in Utica, NY. The league has had at least one team win a USA Hockey National Championship since 2019 when the league was founded. New for 26-27, is the addition of the 13U (2013) age level which will have 8 teams and will compete for a league championship over the course of three events.
